Documentary short "State Title" will premiere at the Magnolia Independent Film Festival in Starkville, Mississippi, Mrs. Mary Frances Flood's home state. For decades, this septogenarian beauty pageant coach has been helping young women walk, talk, and sometimes win precious scholarship money in the southern beauty pageant circuit. "State Title" features an original score by Jack Curtis Dubowsky.
